This is an illustration I did Junior year for my art class. The assignment was to use words and text as graphic elements to convey value (we were allowed to layer the words). I chose to illustrate a scene from The Horse and His Boy, the third book in C.S. Lewis' The Chronicles of Narnia, using the actual words from the book to shade it. Shasta and Bree (the horse) are in the front and Aravis and Hwin (the other horse) are behind them. They're getting chased by a lion.
what great and unusual style you have! This is a fantastic illustration. I could see you illustrating the Narnia series

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
